Order Processing and Shipping Times:
1. Orders containing standard products are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 working days after confirmation. You will receive a notification via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
2. Custom products require additional processing time and are shipped within 10-12 working days after confirmation. Our team will reach out to you to provide a preview, and once we receive confirmation, we will proceed with crafting your product. Final photos will be sent to you before shipping. Please note that delays in confirmation may extend the shipping timeframe.
Delivery Schedule:
1. We dispatches orders from Monday to Friday. Delivery times vary based on your location and typically range from 5-10 working days.
2. Please note that once an order is confirmed, no changes are allowed. This includes cancellation, addition, changes in products, or coupon codes. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before confirmation.
Order Updates and Delay Notification:
1. If any product from your order becomes unavailable or faces a delay for any reason, our team will contact you within 1-2 working days via call or message to inform you about the possible delays.
2. If the delivery status of your order shows "delivered," but you have not received the product, please notify us within 24 hours by sending an email with your order ID to support@blissta.in. Failure to do so within 24 hours will not entitle you to any refund or support from our team.
