For the best preservation results, your varmala should be completely dried before shipping.

 1. Hang your varmala on a curtain rod, hook, or nail after the wedding.

2. Let it dry naturally at room temperature.

3. Avoid keeping it in fridge, plastic bags, moisture, and direct water contact.

4. Once fully dried, wrap it in newspaper or tissue paper.

5. Place it in a cardboard box and send it to our studio.

Replacement is only available for items damaged during transit. 

To claim a replacement, please ensure you record a parcel opening video showing the unopened package and the damage clearly. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), as most of our products are customized, personalized, and handcrafted specifically for each customer.

💳 Website Orders: 100% advance payment is required at checkout.

✨Custom Orders: Orders placed via WhatsApp can be booked with a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% payable before dispatch once your product is ready.
